Todd has worked as a business attorney and entrepreneur for over 30 years. Until 2002 he was a partner with the Minneapolis business law firm of Duckson, Carlson, Bassinger & Mitchell, PLLC. In addition to co-founding several other companies over the years, in2002 he co-founded MCM Services Group, LLC (a legal marketing firm that provides TV, print and online marketing programs to mass tort firms across the country—www.mcmservicesgroup.com). He sold his interest in MCM in 2012. In 2004 he co-founded The Lex Group, LLC (a legal services firm that assists businesses in filing claims in class action antitrust—www.lexrecoverygroup.com). He sold his interest in Lex in 2014. In 2006 he co-founded Main Street Holdings, LLC. Main Street continues to provide management and legal lending services to mass tort law firms. In 2016 he founded Main Street Law Firm, PLLC which advertises nationally for mass tort cases which are primarily referred to qualified law firms across the country. Todd received his B.A. magnacum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1982, and his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center, Washington, D.C. in 1985. He is 59 years old.
